Our artists are experienced working within professional production environments—understanding lighting, timelines, continuity, and the nuances required for editorial beauty that translates seamlessly both on set and in final publication. Each collaboration is approached with intention, professionalism, and respect for the creative process.
Beauty Asylum’s editorial and commercial work spans fashion editorials, branded content, and on-set production, with examples available in our commercial hair and makeup portfolio. Creative direction and lead artistry are guided by owner Jessica Lyness, whose extended professional résumé and published body of work reflect years of experience across editorial, commercial, and production-based beauty.
Beauty Asylum is based in Charlotte, NC and Atlanta, GA, with artists positioned to travel throughout the Southeast for editorial and production needs.
